Hi, I am not using the app, how can I delete all the data in my site?

Don’t recommend this app or this company, they charged me multiple times even after uninstalling and cancelling them. Which forced me not to be able to pay my overall bill. I was forced to pay them for a month service I didn’t use and they also charged me for August as well. Thieves

I have only had the app for a day. I had to reach out to customer support a few times and each time Elvis, yes Elvis answered my questions in a timely manner and were very helpful by sending screenshots and steps to help resolve my issues of being a new user.

Easy to use. Good customer service. Best for loyalty program apps.I recommended this so just give a try you might need this.

I have just installed this app and I am very happy with it, not to mention the support team who are very helpful, thank you to the support staff I have engaged with so far.

I am currently relaunching my store and wanted to add a reward program. I really like the looks and features of this app. I can only give it 3 stars though because it loads super slow for me. It's taken hours for the widgets to load not only on my website but while setting it up. I thought it might be due to my site being password protected but it was still running painfully slow with it removed. I will deal with it for now but I probably won't be upgrading to paid. Will have to search for another app.

Amazing app. alot of options, you can customize and design how you feel like. The support always answer fast and helping. Highly recommended.

The app is very robust but, if I had known they had NO LIVE SUPPORT by phone or chat, I would have gone with a different option. It is wasting so much time and creating so much frustration to not be able to get quick answers and help with this set up. The online resources are solid but don't answer every question by any means. I have the reviews and loyalty app bundle and it costs as much as my business' RENT. So, for that, I would have expected a lot better service. Pretty disappointed.

Seems to have a lot of great features and was relatively easy to set up, but the most important feature (redemption) is confusing and leaves the user believing there's a glitch. To make it worse, all support is via email. So while our client steams over this problem, all we can do is say, "We emailed them." The issue seems to be that when a user wants to redeem awards, there is a discount code provided with a button next to it saying "Apply Code." Any reasonable user would click that button to apply the reward code. But that button simply COPIES the code without saying that is what happened. So, the user believes the reward was applied. BUT IT WASN'T.
So, when the user goes to checkout, the code is not applied. The user needs to paste the code into the discount code box. But without knowing the code was copied, not applied, and not knowing or getting instructions to paste the code, the user is left wondering what happened to their discount.
Seriously, all Stamped needs to do is to get any reasonable person to walk through this and they will figure out that they need to change the copy on the button and add instructions to the process. But for that, we need to go back-and-forth with emails.
Now, as I have clicked "submit review" at least 5 times, I have to wonder if Stamped even allows reviews with less than 4 stars. Because it is not allowing my review to post.

Easy to navigate and customize templates. The "get started" guide didn't work very well, but it's easy without it.

Installed reviews and loyalty, Some features are not available in australia yet are included in the price. They don't offer a substitute or reduced rate. No live support.

This app is amazing! Both the review section and the rewards section are so easy to use. Customer service the best I've had to deal with, quick response and clear precise instructions! Definitely recommend!

I have been using Stamped.io for collecting reviews for my online shop for the past 2 years. Perfect in every way. Only recently we decide to use the referral functions in Stamped.io; Simple to implement, configure and fast to kickstart. And even if you are stuck or having problems. The customer support is fantastic for they are fast and perfect in their resolution.

Super easy to use and the tutorial is really helpful! I'm usually a close and figure out type of person, but the tutorials were quick and easy! I can already sense I will enjoy this app a lot!

This app is very easy to use. It allows you to create your rules regarding rewards, and track new customers and points given.

I really like this rewards program. It was easy to set up but if you do have questions, customer service is very helpful and quick to respond. The free version comes with a lot of features including a dedicated rewards page.

In love with this app. The free plan already has amazing inclusions. It looks super sleek, has a lot of customisation options and was exactly what we were after. I found the setup a tiny bit clunky mostly because there wasn't a roadmap what to do first and where to place the widgets. There are links and explanations on their website that I found later but would've been great to have a bit of a setup wizard. I found some small design flaws with some widgets and had a few questions (it wasn't quite clear if existing members get enrolled automatically and if they get the bonus points we had set up) so I emailed their support team and they got back to me within minutes regardless of what time of day. Their responses were personal and not just copy and paste replies and really helped - some of the best customer service in a long while. Can only recommend!

This app is great! It’s easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do. But beyond that, the customer service is amazing! The responses were prompt, accurate, and exceeded my expectations! I've worked with several team members and each experience was great!

I used this app to set up a loyalty programme. As a starting webshop having a lot of the functionality in the free version is very nice. The setup is a little complex. The support team is great, they answered all the questions I had in a few hours. I would have given 5 stars if the funcionality of choosing a name for your points would be provided in the free version. This part can't be translated wich means I have to keep the English name "Points" in my Dutch programme.

I am about to launch the Loyalty App and want to express my extreme satisfaction with the ease of setup. Likewise, when I was slightly confused about next steps, the team was incredibly helpful and responsive when I was looking for guidance and confirmation that I was on the right track. I am also happy to see that there is a way to import existing customer points so they can take advantage of purchases made before this program went into place. I will write another after I have this launched for my customers.

I love this Mango body butter. I only use a little and my skin feels amazing. I have very dry skin and especially around this time of year so I need something to stop my skin from being dry and this worked. I would definitely buy it again.

Downloaded what I thought was going to be a loyalty app. Got a customer reviews app instead. Talk about a bait & switch.

Por el momento el configurarla ha sido sencillo pero sí se necesita un poco de conocimiento de código. Espero poder verla en acción muy pronto. Se ve muy completa y la apariencia es muy hermosa (me encanta). La verdad estoy feliz con esta aplicación. Por el momento la estoy usando gratis y como en mi país el idioma es español, he estado traduciendo todo. Algunos botones aún no encuentro dónde traducirlos pero la aplicación permite hasta dónde he conseguido, traducir un 95% lo cual es muy bueno.

This is confusing because I selected stamped io for reviews and the loyalty program downloaded. it would he helpful to have the actula program i wanted to install be installed.

In my opinion it is a very good app to encourage your customers to buy items as well as save money at the sametime, now i gave it 4 stars because I do not really know how to work the whole code part of this and I do not want to mess around with it and mess up my current online store.
