Seamless workflow my butt. Your integration is horrible. Can’t even fetch images with saying the product failed. 6 hours of my life gone because I thought it was me, but it was always you. Not worth the hassle.

Installed this app, setup everything, but does not sync any products. I have 0 products synced from Shopify to Merchant Center
I got an email saying "Switch to the new Google Shopping channel before Jan 31, 2018"
This upgrading just wrecked my store selling on Google Shopping and ruined my Facebook Product Catalogs.
It only has a few Generic Google Product Categories. From the total 5,405 Google Product Categories, you get a drop list of only 14 choices and "OTHER."
14 out of 5,000? NUTS!
When I upgraded, it lost the Product Categories, Gender, and Age for over 1,000 products.
I have over 1,000 products with no way to bulk update. I have to update and save each product one by one in a web browser.
Image the downtime, lost sales and labor cost!!! No bulk edit. No CSV edit. Nothing.
I am ruined.
This thing is not anywhere near being functional for any type of business.
It is like it was made by people with no idea who uses it and what it is used for.
The FOUR MOST IMPORTANT parts of any Google Shopping Feed
1. The Product Category
2. A unique Product UPC Code or Manufacturer Part Number or SKU
3. Shopping campaign labels
4. Bulk Edit critical values
With out those four features, you got nothing that will work for anyone.
It broke my Google Shopping experience.
We are forced to upgrade, then it goes ahead and doesn't work.
As I use a multi-client Google Merchant Centre this app isn't supported, even though the old one was.
I'm literally at a loss as to how this could have happened. At the very least you'd think they'd include the same functionality as the old app.
I can see every store is having the same issue, I have uninstalled the old app but the new one isn't working.. great move Google... Get this fixed ASAP and stop costing us sales!
The app doesn't work we lost our product feed and won't be able to do campaigns properly, why did you force us to change to this app?

Be very careful if you update to this app, their is not ability to edit fields in the app, particularly " description" , its so clunky and now needs to be driven from product or collection page. The feature to only publish certain collections has been moved out of the app. Shopify are normally so good, but they really have dropped the ball here. This migration will cost you money. I would wait until they fix the bugs. So irritated i'm considering changing to another platform.
Hi Digital3d.com.au, thank you for sharing this feedback. You are correct in saying in editing the google shopping fields from within the app, it will bring you directly to our product page. However you can use the bulk editor option in the Shopify Admin to make mass changes. I’ve also followed up with you by email to log your feedback for our development team and to demonstrate this bulk editor in more detail for you but in summary, you can go to:
> Click Products in the Shopify Admin.
> Select your products in bulk by clicking the white square beside each product title.
> Click the "edit products" button.
> In the bulk editor, select the fields you want to modify. Then save your changes.
Hopefully that helps, but I will also email you to go more in depth with this for you.

Screwed up my Google Shopping account and doesn't work, I have been forced to move over from another app by Shopify, I was also forced to uninstall the other app even though it was working perfectly fine, it is now not working at all and I am loosing £1000,s of pounds until this matter gets repaired because I can't upload my google shopping feed - Absolutely fuming, it's ridiculous!
I am not able to add Google product category and other relevant data at collection level which makes the whole process of updating a big catalog unnecessarily painful to update.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! Although it isn't possible to add Google product attributes at a collection level, this can be done using the Bulk Editing tool in the Google Channel or by editing the Google fields on the product pages.
