Have gone CRAZY trying to figure out what I am doing wrong and why my products do not sync to Merchant Center anymore. Wish I had read the previous reviews earlier! Clearly there is a SERIOUS issue happening and customer support is really unhelpful. They first told me to open a new support ticket because I was not logged in (crazy, right, since I mentioned all info about my account in my ticket). Then the new ticket guy tells me to resync and wait. When what they should do is ADMIT they have a problem, stop making is about US and FIX it!!!!!

We are having an issue where our products are approved in Shopify's Google section but are not showing up in our Google Merchant Products and Feed. Submitted a ticket but did not receive an actionable response.

can not get it to work...keeps unpublishing items due to gtin/mpn..We have custom products that do not have these. Tried everything we read about to fix this issue..Is useless

Basically pure hell with shopify not integrating with google merchant center at all NOT THROUGH API, NOT THROUGH GOOGLE APP NOT THROUGH GOOGLE MERCHANT!!! ( NOTHING AND IM MEAN NOTHING WORKS) I have all custom products, no GTIN no MPN but no matter what I do its still will not accept my products, even when I have done everything in the documentation here

NOTHING WORKS. set it to false, no - nothing in the suggested documentation works. App used to work just fine, all my products are provided with gtin, barcode etc.. But since couple of months my products are not send through.... unable to reach google or shopify to fix this issue!

the app is terrible. it does not update all fields correctly, google is threatening to suspend our account because pricing and GTIN are not being updated. we tried to push our own manual feed, but this can't be a solution, as the APP should automate and send the information correctly to Google. It is literally built by Google and Shopify. How difficult is it to make it work correctly and send all of the information?

App is causing major issues when adding new products on shopify. The new products are not being picked up correctly by the app. Only by chance I spotted the issue in the bulk editor (which is a nightmare). I raised a support call with Shopify only to be told it is a google issue and speak to them. Poor show from Shopify. I will be selecting a paid app to manage the interface and may move away from Shopify if the situation does not improve. Please help rather than brush me off.

Does Not Work...Has Not Worked For Years...How there are so many good reviews is beyond me! Only reason I looked at trying again, but I can see that most people have the same issues I have. This should be a number one priority or so you would think!
Please don't respond from Shopify telling me that you are going to look into this, just do something!
I am experiencing some of the same issues that other people/companies are having. I keep getting GTN error on a lot of products. I also am experiencing missing inventory data issues. I don not know what that means or how to fix it. I am thinking about removing this app. My sales have dropped since this past May.

Useless product, doesn't do anything nor allows to publish your products on to google... It could have been very helpful if it worked though, what a shame!
