The app still doesnt gives me accurate data in GA4. In UA i get half of the income than the actual, but it would be okay if the GA4 would be correct, but the GA4 gives me even less (1/3 of the actual income)

I am very disappointed! And now its very difficult to even use when adding products. For some unknown reason Shopify & this Google app had REMOVED the editing metafields from the product page in admin. Do you know what this effects? It makes it almost impossible when you have a product, you have sizes, colors, gender, new/used etc. & when you have to bounce OUT of the product page, go to the app, select all the columns you need that were once on the product page then have to scroll FARR to the right and back left, then have to go back to item you just added to get the size color etc. makes it VERY UNPLEASANT! MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVEN USE IT ANYMORE! NOT GOOD. So I have to have my website up, go to the products I just posted (which can be many) & a preset page with the columns I need is just ridiculous. Now I have to have 3 different tabs open just to create a product and to use the Google app
All I have to say is PUT THE GOOGLE METAFIELDS BACK ON THE PRODUCT PAGE ...please

PS. whoever had the bright idea of removing the metafields from the product page, should be fired...& I would sign off on that! KATIE BROWN!
& sorry for being so blunt but, this really does create alot of issues, not user friendly anymore.
1/26/2024 update! Still same issues, but now bulk editing load time is basically unusable with over 800 products. I cleared all cache etc, & im on a desktop! The platform needs work on the continuous scroll feature, even from side to side!
Plus still, they do not have a sort feature on their bulk edit! So you have to load ALL PRODUCTS to get to the one you need! Unreal!
**So please everyone, make this suggestion to fix this via feedback or reviews. Who wants to waste alot of time fiddling with an app just to get your products correct to surface on google!

I can't believe Shopify hasn't addressed the issues with this app! I have over 2k+ errors for books stating GTIN/ISBN error despite having the information needed in the sku/upc field. Big let down

The Shopify shopping ribbon, which is intended to show products from my store in the description of my YouTube videos, did not work/appear on my latest YouTube video upload. It worked/appeared on legacy videos, but not on newly uploaded videos. When I contacted support about this, they couldn't tell me why this was happening, nor did they address my concern. They basically said "sometimes this feature will be available in videos, sometimes it won't be - it's random." If that's the case, this is not something I can direct my customers to use.
Absolute Garbage! Just look at the last week of 1 star reviews along with the last 30 pages that are 99% 1 star complaints, same reported issues going back almost a year with absolutely no resolve! Shopify is fully aware of (their) Google App's syncing issues, as they stated on the phone in one of my 4 phone calls to them in the past week alone. This is happening to thousands of businesses whose products don't have GTIN's, MPN's and/or are Custom/Made to Order. Shopify Support sent me a screenshot of my editing feed, telling me to mark the items "TRUE" for 'Custom product' which was literally already done in the screenshot they sent! If Shopify cannot provide proper syncing with Google, then what good is it? Google is 'the end all be all' for shop visibility, SEO, and sales...the only "Sales Channel" that really matters. If I can't get immediate assistance with resolve, I'm leaving the platform, as I'm sure will thousands of others experiencing these same issues. SHOPIFY, FIX YOUR DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS OR FAILURE IS IMMINENT.

I have read dozens of complaints about this app. And it is a shame that the issue wrt the interface with the Content API from Google is yet not resolved. There is quite some documentation on the Content API from Google and seems to me that this issue could have been addressed a while ago. Though not sure why it still is not. As a result all my products are rejected on Google Merchant Center!

I have been using Google Merchant Centre linked to my Shopify store for years and, until recently, it worked ok (with the odd glitch). More recently, however, all my products have expired for no reason, the product pages show that Google feed is not linked with an error message of "Add shipping cost for your product" (even though my shipping options have not changed) and I cannot even link to my existing GMC account through the app. This is not good enough.

I've had thousands of my Shopify products in my Google Merchant center successfully for more year or two with no problems. My website is Claimed (green checkmark) and email verified (green checkmark). All the sudden my products are removed, and Shopify says my Merchant Center has been suspended, even though when I log into my Google Merchant Center admin it says I'm a "trusted store" and that there are no issues listed (other than lack of products now). I've also not received any emails notifying me of any problems or any indications as to why my products are suddenly removed. So I disconnected Google from within Shopify and re-connected it and now Shopify says my website is claimed by someone else even though it's successfully claimed by me in the Google Admin (green checkmark). I've contacted Shopify and Google, and have heard from no one with any solution to this. Can someone please help? I just want to get my products back in Google Merchant Center. Thanks! I got all my account suspend by google merchant. All my google merchant does not work now and when you talk to support, no one is able to help you on the shopify team. Furthermore, it creates new merchant account on google by itself. I am removing it .
